Pumpkin Pie Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 5 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup pea protein
- 1 tbsp milk of choice
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
Optional
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix peanut butter, pumpkin purée, honey, vanilla extract and milk together until smooth. Then mix in pea protein and pumpkin spice.
Line a 8x8 dish with parchment paper and evenly spread mixture across bottom.
Sprinkle the white chocolate whips over top and press down with a spatula.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hrs, cut and enjoy.
Keep in the fridge or freezer
