Pumpkin Pie Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 5 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup pea protein
  • 1 tbsp milk of choice
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract

Optional

  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix peanut butter, pumpkin purée, honey, vanilla extract and milk together until smooth. Then mix in pea protein and pumpkin spice.

  2. Line a 8x8 dish with parchment paper and evenly spread mixture across bottom.

  3. Sprinkle the white chocolate whips over top and press down with a spatula.

  4. Refrigerate for 2-3 hrs, cut and enjoy.

  5. Keep in the fridge or freezer
