Mint Chocolate Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup probiotic cacao pea protein (from @nuzest_usa)
  • 3-4 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 3 tablespoons milk of choice
  • 1.5 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, plus more for topping

Preparation

  1. Mix peanut butter, honey, peppermint extract and milk together until smooth, then mix in pea protein and cacao powder and finally add in the mini chocolate chips

  2. Line an 8x8 dish with parchment paper and evenly spread mixture across the bottom

  3. Sprinkle more mini chocolate chips over top and press down with a spatula

  4. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, cut and enjoy

  5. Store in the fridge or freezer
