White Chocolate Matcha Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2-3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 100g white chocolate

Preparation

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix.

  2. Mix in the wet ingredients (you can use your hands) until well combined.

  3. Roll into individual balls.

  4. Lay them on a baking sheet on a tray and melt the white chocolate.

  5. Cover the balls and leave to set on the baking paper in the fridge for 1 hour.

  6. ENJOY!
