Single Serve Oat Cinnamon Roll

Ingredients

  • 60g oat flour (oats blended into flour)
  • 1 tbsp flax or chia
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • A few tbsp plant milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Form it into a flat, rectangle shape

  2. For the filling: 1 tbsp nut butter, 2 tbsp vanilla soy yogurt, 1 tsp maple syrup

  3. In a bow mix the filling ingredients, spread it on the dough, fold in half and roll it. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm or cold and enjoy
