Super Easy Peach Galette
Ingredients
- 3-4 peaches / 25g melted coconut oil / 40g sugar / vanilla powder
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 180°C/375°F
Slice the peaches and place them on your pie crust disk. In a small bowl, mix the sugar, vanilla and coconut oil
Brush on top of the peaches and the pie crust border
Transfer to a baking sheet (with parchment) and bake for 25-30 minutes
