Super Easy Peach Galette

Ingredients

  • 3-4 peaches / 25g melted coconut oil / 40g sugar / vanilla powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C/375°F

  2. Slice the peaches and place them on your pie crust disk. In a small bowl, mix the sugar, vanilla and coconut oil

  3. Brush on top of the peaches and the pie crust border

  4. Transfer to a baking sheet (with parchment) and bake for 25-30 minutes
