Simple Gluten-Free Peach Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil or melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups diced peaches

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients, then stir in the butter or oil.

  3. Press down about 1.5 cups of the crisp mixture into the bottom of the baking dish, top with the peaches, and add the remaining crumble on top.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes and serve with ice cream or yogurt.

Tips

  1. It's especially good served with vanilla ice cream.
