Peachy Pear Fruit Leather
Ingredients
- 4 Peaches
- 2 Pears
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Preparation
Wash and chop peaches and pears.
Puree the chopped fruit and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
Line your Excalibur Dehydrator tray with a Paraflexx® sheet.
Spread the puree evenly onto trays keeping it approximately 1/8”-1/4" thick throughout. Keep fruit leather puree about 2 inches from the edges to avoid any run-off.
Dry at 135º F for 2-3 hours, then turn the temp dial down to 115º for approximately 8-10 hours or until leathery but pliable.
