Peachy Pear Fruit Leather

Ingredients

  • 4 Peaches
  • 2 Pears
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

  1. Wash and chop peaches and pears.

  2. Puree the chopped fruit and vanilla in a blender until smooth.

  3. Line your Excalibur Dehydrator tray with a Paraflexx® sheet.

  4. Spread the puree evenly onto trays keeping it approximately 1/8”-1/4" thick throughout. Keep fruit leather puree about 2 inches from the edges to avoid any run-off.

  5. Dry at 135º F for 2-3 hours, then turn the temp dial down to 115º for approximately 8-10 hours or until leathery but pliable.
