Crispy Vegan Potato and Cabbage Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 200g cabbage
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 dl buckwheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds mixed with 5 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Shred the cabbage and potatoes and mix in a bowl with garlic, buckwheat flour, seeds, paprika, salt and pepper.

  2. Form the dough in pieces and roll in breadcrumbs.

  3. Heat oil in a pan, add the nuggets and cook until crispy.
