Crispy Vegan Potato and Cabbage Nuggets
Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes
- 200g cabbage
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 dl buckwheat flour
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds and 5 tablespoons water, mixed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- breadcrumbs
Preparation
Shred the cabbage and potatoes and mix in a bowl with garlic, buckwheat flour, seeds, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into nugget-shaped pieces and roll in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan, add the nuggets, and cook until crispy.
