Crispy Vegan Potato Cabbage Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 200g cabbage
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 dl buckwheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds mixed with 5 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix flax seeds with water and let it sit to form a gel.

  2. Shred the cabbage and potatoes and mix them in a bowl with garlic, buckwheat flour, the flax seed mixture, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Form the mixture into pieces and roll them in breadcrumbs.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add the nuggets, and cook until crispy.
