Crispy Vegan Potato Cabbage Nuggets
Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes
- 200g cabbage
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 dl buckwheat flour
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds mixed with 5 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Mix flax seeds with water and let it sit to form a gel.
Shred the cabbage and potatoes and mix them in a bowl with garlic, buckwheat flour, the flax seed mixture, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into pieces and roll them in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan, add the nuggets, and cook until crispy.
