Crispy Potato and Cabbage Vegan Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 200g cabbage
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 dl (100ml) buckwheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Breadcrumbs, for rolling

Preparation

  1. Shred the cabbage and potatoes

  2. Mix the shredded cabbage and potatoes in a bowl with garlic, buckwheat flour, flax seeds, paprika, salt, and pepper

  3. Form the dough into nugget-sized pieces

  4. Roll each piece in breadcrumbs

  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat

  6. Add the nuggets to the skillet and cook until crispy, turning occasionally
