Crispy Potato and Cabbage Vegan Nuggets
Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes
- 200g cabbage
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 dl (100ml) buckwheat flour
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 5 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Breadcrumbs, for rolling
Preparation
Shred the cabbage and potatoes
Mix the shredded cabbage and potatoes in a bowl with garlic, buckwheat flour, flax seeds, paprika, salt, and pepper
Form the dough into nugget-sized pieces
Roll each piece in breadcrumbs
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat
Add the nuggets to the skillet and cook until crispy, turning occasionally
