Easy Baked Cinnamon Pear Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pears
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons cold butter
  • 5 tablespoons cold water

Toppings

  • Honey

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon, then add the cold butter and cold water and mix with a fork; use hands to form a dough ball.

  3. Place the dough onto a cutting board, flatten into a circle, and cut into thin slices.

  4. Cut the pears into big slices and wrap dough around each slice; dry the pears with a paper towel first for better adhesion.

  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes, then top with honey and granola.
