Easy Baked Cinnamon Pear Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 2-3 pears
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons cold butter
- 5 tablespoons cold water

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon, then add the cold butter and cold water and mix with a fork; use hands to form a dough ball.
Place the dough onto a cutting board, flatten into a circle, and cut into thin slices.
Cut the pears into big slices and wrap dough around each slice; dry the pears with a paper towel first for better adhesion.
Bake for 13-15 minutes, then top with honey and granola.
