Vegan Oatmeal Cookies with Chocolate Drizzle
Ingredients
- 150 grams oats
- 100 grams plain gluten-free flour
- 40 grams rice flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
Toppings
- Chocolate for drizzling
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Mix all dry ingredients first.
In a separate bowl, mix the oil and syrup.
Add the wet mixture to the dry mix.
Pour in the water slowly while kneading the batter.
Form balls using an ice cream spoon or by hand
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Drizzle with melted chocolate after baking
