Zucchini and Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 400g grated zucchini
  • 200g vegan yogurt
  • 100g sugar
  • 40g cacao powder
  • 30g cornstarch
  • 150g all purpose flour
  • 15g baking powder
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 40g dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. If you want to add sugar for sweetness, feel free to do so.

  2. Preheat your oven to 180C.

  3. In a large bowl, add the grated zucchini, yogurt, sugar, cacao, cornstarch, flour and baking powder.

  4. Melt the chocolate and add it to the mixture.

  5. Pour into the lined baking tin, sprinkle chocolate chips and cook for 35 to 40 minutes.
