Air-Fried Mac and Cheese Bites
Ingredients
- 1 box EatBanza Chickpea Mac (white cheddar shells)
- 1/2 cup Gluten-free panko
- 1 egg
Preparation
Prepare the Chickpea Mac according to the directions on the EatBanza box.
Once cooked, pour the pasta onto a plate or in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to cool.
Once cooled, scoop the pasta into bites (press the pasta tightly into a cookie scoop to make 8 bites) and freeze for 1 hour.
Once frozen, dip each bite in the whisked egg, then coat with the panko crumbs and air-fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes. You can also use an oven, but it will take a little longer to crisp.
