Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Chips

Coating
- 6 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Salt

- Mayonnaise
Preparation
Mix all the coating ingredients together until well combined.
Dip the zucchini in the egg, then coat with the mixture and fry until golden brown. It can also be baked.
Serve with mayonnaise and sauce.
