Fried Chicken Wonton Snacks
Ingredients
- Ready-made small wonton wrappers
- Egg for coating
Filling
- 300g chicken breast fillet
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1-2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp fried garlic
- 2 tbsp oil
Preparation
Heat oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add chicken and stir until the color changes.
Season with sugar, salt, and pepper, then cook until dry and fully cooked, remove and drain.
Mix the chicken mixture with fried garlic, grind until smooth, and optionally toast to make it drier.
Take 1 tablespoon of filling and wrap it in a wonton wrapper to form a mini lumpia shape until all filling is used.
Beat the egg, dip the wrapped snacks until evenly coated, and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve with added bird's eye chili.
