Crispy Parmesan Zucchini Slices
Ingredients
- 1-2 small zucchinis
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon 18% cream or natural yogurt
- salt
- pepper
- herbes de Provence
- 1 cup parmesan
- 1-2 tablespoons flour
Preparation
Slice the zucchini into rounds.
In a bowl, mix eggs, cream or yogurt, salt, pepper, and herbs to create a batter base.
Add flour and parmesan to the mixture and stir well.
Coat the zucchini slices evenly in the batter.
Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Serve with your favorite sauce.
