Crispy Zucchini and Parmesan Galettes

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 20 grams of parmesan
  • salt, pepper, and oregano

Preparation

  1. Grate the zucchinis and squeeze them well by placing them in a cloth.

  2. Add an egg, the flour, parmesan, salt, pepper, and oregano, then mix well.

  3. Using a spoon, place the batter in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.

  4. Cook for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
