Crispy Zucchini and Parmesan Galettes
Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 egg
- 100 grams of flour
- 20 grams of parmesan
- salt, pepper, and oregano
Preparation
Grate the zucchinis and squeeze them well by placing them in a cloth.
Add an egg, the flour, parmesan, salt, pepper, and oregano, then mix well.
Using a spoon, place the batter in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Cook for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
