Fried Pastry with Cabbage and Meat Filling
Ingredients
Filling
- Cabbage
- 500g ground meat
- 2 onions
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Dough
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 7 tablespoons flour
Frying
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Preparation
Mix the dough ingredients to form a smooth dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling by combining cabbage, ground meat, chopped onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Roll out the dough thinly and cut into circles approximately 15 cm in diameter.
Place a portion of the filling in the center of each dough circle, fold over to form a half-moon shape, and seal the edges tightly.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the pastries until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
