Fried Sambousek with Meat Filling

Ingredients

  • 1/2 packet sambousek dough
  • Corn oil for frying

Filling

  • 500 grams cooked ground meat
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mixed spices
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 2 large eggs

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, place the egg white and set it aside.

  2. In a large bowl, place the egg yolk, the egg, the meat, the green onion, the carrots, the salt, the mixed spices, the black pepper, and the coriander.

  3. Mix the ingredients well.

  4. Place a little filling on the edge of the sambousek dough, then roll the dough over the filling to form a triangle shape.

  5. Put a little egg white on the edge of the sambousek to seal it well.

  6. Heat the oil in a deep skillet and fry the sambousek pieces until golden brown. Serve warm.
