Ingredients
- 1 egg + 1 egg white
- 3 tbsps coconut flakes
Preparation
Mix with a blender until smooth
You can add any kind of sweetener you like such as honey, brown sugar or stevia
I love to add ground cinnamon and vanilla ?
Pour into a medium size pan with a bit of coconut oil
Once bubbles show on the surface, that’s your sign to flip it- not before! Top with fruits, yogurt or granola, anything that makes you want to take a picutre before eating it
