Pancake Xl Low-Carb

Ingredients

  • 1 egg + 1 egg white
  • 3 tbsps coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Mix with a blender until smooth

  2. You can add any kind of sweetener you like such as honey, brown sugar or stevia

  3. I love to add ground cinnamon and vanilla ?

  4. Pour into a medium size pan with a bit of coconut oil

  5. Once bubbles show on the surface, that’s your sign to flip it- not before! Top with fruits, yogurt or granola, anything that makes you want to take a picutre before eating it
