Cannoli Dip with Cinnamon Baked Chips

Ingredients

Cannoli dip

  • 100 grams fat-free plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
  • 5 grams sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon Swerve confectioners sugar
  • 10 grams Lily's Chocolate baking chips

Cinnamon baked chips

  • Cutdacarb flatbread
  • Coconut oil spray
  • Ceylon cinnamon
  • Stevia

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to thicken like frosting

  2. Then mix in the chocolate chips

Cinnamon chip methods

  1. For the oven method, cut the flatbread into squares, spray with coconut oil spray, season with cinnamon sugar, and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes

  2. For the air fryer method, cut the flatbread into long pieces, roll them up, spray with coconut oil to hold together, season with cinnamon sugar, and air fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 6 minutes
