Energizing Matcha Berry Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods ceremonial matcha powder
  • Frozen berries
  • Sugar-free maple syrup

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, eggs, and cream cheese. Mix until a smooth batter forms.

  2. Gently fold in the Unicorn Superfoods ceremonial matcha powder until the batter turns green and is well incorporated.

  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Grease it lightly with cooking spray or oil.
