Chocolate Chip Chickpea Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Strain and rinse chickpeas.

  2. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor or blender.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips and place in an airtight container.

  5. Store in the fridge.
