Healthy Vegan Chickpea Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 1 can drained and rinsed chickpeas
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2-3 tablespoons oats
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup nut butter
Optional add-ins
- dark chocolate chips
- nuts
Preparation
Put all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until a smooth dough forms.
Remember to scrape down the sides as you go to make sure everything is well-combined.
Tips
Add dark chocolate chips or nuts after blending for extra flavor.
You can substitute maple syrup with 2-3 Medjool dates for an even healthier option.
