Hazelnut Mocha Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts (180°C 8-10min)
- 1 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1/2 cup coffee
- 3 medjool dates
- 1 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Roast the hazelnuts in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until fragrant and slightly golden. Let them cool.
Remove the pits from the medjool dates and finely chop them.
In a blender or mixer, combine the roasted hazelnuts, oat milk, coffee, chopped dates, ashwagandha powder, and cacao powder.
Blend or mix until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl or container with a lid.
Cover the bowl or container and place it in the refrigerator overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the oats to soften.
In the morning, give the oats a good stir before serving.
