Tahini and Date Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp milled flaxseed
  • 0.5 tsp cardamom
  • 1.5 - 1.75 cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 4-5 fresh dates

Preparation

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in an airtight container and mix well.

  2. Pour in 1.5 cups of oat milk and add the tahini.

  3. Remove the pits from the dates and chop them into small pieces.

  4. Add the chopped dates to the mixture and stir well.

  5. Refrigerate overnight or for at least a couple of hours.

  6. If the mixture is too dense, stir in the remaining oat milk to loosen it.

Serving suggestions

  1. Serve in coconut bowls with your favorite toppings.
