Rose Water Tahini Oats with Sun Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rolled oats or steel-cut oats
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of oat milk
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp of rose water
  • 3 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp salt

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • bananas
  • blueberries
  • nut or sun butter

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the oats and oat milk, then cook for 5 minutes over low heat.

  2. Add the tahini, maple syrup, salt, and rose water.

  3. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes until the oats are creamy and reach the desired consistency.

  4. Serve with desired toppings.
