Rose Water Tahini Oats with Sun Butter
Ingredients
- 2 cups of rolled oats or steel-cut oats
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of oat milk
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp of rose water
- 3 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tsp salt
Toppings
- strawberries
- bananas
- blueberries
- nut or sun butter
Preparation
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the oats and oat milk, then cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
Add the tahini, maple syrup, salt, and rose water.
Continue cooking for another 5 minutes until the oats are creamy and reach the desired consistency.
Serve with desired toppings.
Notes
Makes 2 servings.
Cook time is 10 minutes.
