Healthy Almond Cacao Truffles
Ingredients
- 2 cups medjool dates (remove pits)
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until a sticky dough forms
Roll 2 teaspoons of the mixture into balls
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer and enjoy
