Homemade Dairy-Free Limoncello Sorbet
Ingredients
- 4 medium lemons
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave
Preparation
Wash the lemons and slice them lengthwise.
Carve out the inside of the lemons.
Place the lemon flesh in a blender with the can of coconut milk and sweetener.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture back into the lemon shells.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Alternative method
Freeze the lemon flesh.
Pour the can of coconut milk into ice cube molds and freeze.
Once frozen, blend the lemon flesh, frozen coconut milk, and sweetener.
Pour the mixture back into the lemon shells.
Tips
Both methods work well and produce great results.
