Spicy Peanut Butter Noodles

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp tamari
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter (heaping and the runnier the better)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1-2 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • Cooked noodles or rice
  • Optional vegetables and protein

Preparation

  1. Cook the noodles or rice according to package instructions.

  2. Whisk all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Pour the sauce over the cooked noodles or rice.

  4. Toss to coat and serve.
