Strawberry and Blueberry Lollies
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 21/2 cups greek yogurt
Preparation
Add the strawberries, blueberries and honey to a blender and blitz into a puree
Combine Greek yogurt with the puree in a bowl and gently combine together
Pour into ice lolly moulds, add wooden sticks, then freeze for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.~
