Strawberry and Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Pops
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative like Alpro)
Preparation
Add the strawberries, blueberries and honey to a blender and blitz into a puree.
Combine Greek yogurt with the puree in a bowl and gently combine together.
Pour into ice lolly moulds, add wooden sticks, then freeze for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
