Strawberry and Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative like Alpro)

Preparation

  1. Add the strawberries, blueberries and honey to a blender and blitz into a puree.

  2. Combine Greek yogurt with the puree in a bowl and gently combine together.

  3. Pour into ice lolly moulds, add wooden sticks, then freeze for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
