Three-Ingredient Vegan Pineapple Whip

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz) can Gold pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice (from the can)
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk

Preparation

  1. Open the can of Gold pineapple chunks, drain the juice and set it aside, then add the pineapple to a container and freeze for 1-3 hours or until fully frozen.

  2. Once the pineapple is frozen, add it to a blender or food processor with 1/4 cup of the reserved pineapple juice and 1/2 cup non-dairy milk, then blend until smooth and enjoy.

Notes

  1. No added sugar is needed due to the natural sweetness of the pineapple.
