Vanilla Chia Pudding with Berry Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 large banana
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 cup frozen or fresh berries
- dark chocolate for drizzle
Preparation
Soak 2 tablespoons chia seeds and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in 1 cup almond milk; refrigerate overnight.
Slice 1/2 large banana and freeze it.
The next day, blend the frozen banana slices with 1 tablespoon almond butter, a little almond milk, and 1 cup frozen or fresh berries.
Serve the chia pudding and the blended nice cream together, drizzled with a little dark chocolate.
