Cheesy Potato Bake with White Sauce
Ingredients
- Fried potatoes
- Mozzarella cheese
- Additional cheese (generous amount)
White sauce
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cooking cream
- 500 grams feta cheese
- 1 chicken stock cube
- Black pepper
Preparation
Prepare potatoes by frying, air-frying, or baking in the oven as desired.
Place the prepared potatoes in a baking tray.
Add mozzarella cheese.
Add the white mixture.
Add a generous amount of cheese.
Bake in the oven with top and bottom heat for 25 minutes or until browned.
Serving suggestions
Serve with bread and hot sauce.
