Easy Chanterelle Mushroom Delight
Ingredients
- 6 handfuls of chanterelle mushrooms
- Good amount of flour
- 2 handfuls of fresh dill
- 1 onion
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Preparation
Mix the mushrooms with a good amount of flour.
Wash the mushrooms thoroughly with water until clean.
Cut away the ends of the mushrooms.
Chop the onion into small pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion until translucent.
Add the chanterelle mushrooms to the pan.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Roughly chop the fresh dill.
Mix all the ingredients together in the pan.
