Easy Vegan Bruschetta with Two Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 ciabatta
Topping 1
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onion
- Garlic
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Topping 2
- 100 g doperwten (peas)
- Fresh mint
- Tahini
- Water
- Garlic
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Slice the ciabatta into pieces and grill briefly with oil in a grill pan.
For Topping 1: Chop cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic, and fresh basil. Mix them with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
For Topping 2: Blend peas, fresh mint, tahini, water, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth.
Spread the toppings over the ciabatta slices and garnish with additional basil, mint, and other toppings as desired.
