Matcha Mint Chocolate Chip Nice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plant milk
  • 1 tablespoon agave
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon spirulina (optional)
  • 2 1/2 cups sliced and frozen banana (extra ripe)
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips (more or less to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs (more or less to taste)

Preparation

  1. Add plant milk, agave, peppermint extract, and spirulina (if using) into your blender.

  2. Add the sliced and frozen banana.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, using a tamper to help the fruit blend.

  4. Top with chocolate chips and cacao nibs, then mix them into the nice cream.

  5. Serve immediately.
