Crispy Oven-Baked Smashed Broccoli
Ingredients
- Broccoli
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmesan cheese or substitute
Preparation
Cut the broccoli into florets and steam for 6-8 minutes until tender.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Place the broccoli florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and smash them flat with the back of a glass.
Drizzle with oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan or a substitute to taste.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
