Dark Chocolate Salted Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup salted peanuts, finely chopped (not peanut flour)
  • 1 cup Ohmega peanut butter
  • cup powdered sweetener (e.g., xylitol or erythritol)
  • 225g dark chocolate chips or dark chocolate
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt or sea salt

Preparation

  1. Mix together the chopped peanuts, peanut butter, salt and sweetener.

  2. Divide the dough into 16 pieces and shape into balls.

  3. Place on a wax paper lined baking sheet.

  4. Refrigerate until cold.

  5. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or on top of a double boiler.

  6. Stir every 30 seconds until they are 75% melted, then stir until the rest melt.

  7. Dip each peanut butter ball in the chocolate and place back on the wax paper.

  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.

Notes

  1. Enjoy! One ball is considered one serving of fat.
