Herby Harissa Falafel with Veggie Additions
Ingredients
- 1 x 400g can of chickpeas
- 1 small red onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 10g fresh parsley
- 10g fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp rose harissa
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 50g gram flour
- Juice of half a lemon
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a food processor and blitz into a thick paste. Wet your hands to prevent sticking and roll into ping pong ball-sized balls.
Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium to high heat, add a good drizzle of oil, and fry the falafel balls for 4 minutes, turning and flipping until golden and cooked all over.
