Chia Porridge with Dates

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 30g fine oats
  • 40g yoghurt
  • 50g blueberries
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 100g Safawi date

Preparation

  1. Mix chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and oats in a bowl and stir well to combine

  2. Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes or until it thickens and reaches a porridge-like consistency

  3. Top with yoghurt, blueberries, almond butter, and chopped Safawi date before serving
