Chia Porridge with Dates
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 200ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 30g fine oats
- 40g yoghurt
- 50g blueberries
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 100g Safawi date
Preparation
Mix chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and oats in a bowl and stir well to combine
Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes or until it thickens and reaches a porridge-like consistency
Top with yoghurt, blueberries, almond butter, and chopped Safawi date before serving
