Overnight Bircher with Kefir and Berries
Ingredients
- 2 spoons apple bircher
- 1 spoon gluten-free oats
- honey and ginger kefir
- splash of almond milk
- blueberries
- raspberries
- nut butter
Preparation
Combine apple bircher, gluten-free oats, honey and ginger kefir, and almond milk in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight.
Warm blueberries and raspberries.
Top the bircher with warm berries and nut butter. Serve.
