Overnight Bircher with Kefir and Berries

Ingredients

  • 2 spoons apple bircher
  • 1 spoon gluten-free oats
  • honey and ginger kefir
  • splash of almond milk
  • blueberries
  • raspberries
  • nut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine apple bircher, gluten-free oats, honey and ginger kefir, and almond milk in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight.

  2. Warm blueberries and raspberries.

  3. Top the bircher with warm berries and nut butter. Serve.
