Overnight Honey and Ginger Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 bottle honey and ginger kefir
- 1 tsp one earth blends
- Squeeze of agave
- Splash of almond milk
Toppings
- Warm berries
- Dried mulberries
- Cashew baobab butter
Preparation
Combine all ingredients from the ingredients list in a jar or bowl.
Mix well and refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to soften.
In the morning, prepare the toppings by warming the berries if desired.
Add the toppings to the oat mixture and serve immediately.
