Chocolate Overnight Oats for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 bottle cacao kefir
  • 1 spoon chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Toppings

  • Fresh fig
  • Raspberries
  • Brazil nut and cacao nibs butter
  • Bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, cacao kefir, chocolate protein powder, and almond milk in a container. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.

  2. In the morning, warm the raspberries in a microwave or on the stove.

  3. Add fig, warmed raspberries, Brazil nut and cacao nibs butter, and bee pollen on top of the oat mixture.
