Overnight Cherry and Vanilla Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 spoon flax seeds
  • 1 spoon chia seeds
  • Cherry kefir
  • 1 tsp vanilla zilla
  • Vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Toppings

  • fig
  • blueberries
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients well

  2. Leave overnight in the fridge to thicken

Serving

  1. Add toppings such as fig, blueberries, and peanut butter

  2. Enjoy cold directly from the fridge
