Vanilla Date Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • Chopped dates
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 spoon milled flax
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg white

Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Nut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine the oats, chopped dates, vanilla essence, milled flax, almond milk, and salt, then leave overnight.

  2. Add an egg white and cook the oats for 1 minute.

  3. Top with blueberries, raspberries, and nut butter.
