Vanilla Date Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- Chopped dates
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 spoon milled flax
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg white
Toppings
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Nut butter
Preparation
Combine the oats, chopped dates, vanilla essence, milled flax, almond milk, and salt, then leave overnight.
Add an egg white and cook the oats for 1 minute.
Top with blueberries, raspberries, and nut butter.
