Overnight Apple and Pumpkin Bircher

Ingredients

  • 2 spoons apple Bircher from Alara Cereals
  • 1 spoon gluten-free oats
  • 2 spoons pumpkin purée
  • 1 spoon vanilla protein from Missfits Nutrition
  • almond milk to cover

Toppings

  • raspberries
  • kiwi
  • nut butter from Mindful Bites UK

Preparation

  1. Mix all the base ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Cover with almond milk and leave in the fridge to thicken overnight.

  3. In the morning, top with warm raspberries, kiwi, and nut butter before serving.
